How Does Runi Custom Curation Work?
After subscribing to your preferred level of membership, you will be contacted by the Runi Design team to schedule an initial consultation to discuss fit, fabric, color, and tailoring options for your garments.
Runi will take 4-6 weeks to produce your custom curated garment in our Atlanta based factory
and ship it to you upon completion.
Once your garment is shipped. Runi’s Style Team will reach out to schedule a 1 hour styling consultation to answer any questions about your garments, how they can be styled, and sustainable ways you can improve your wardrobe.
Throughout the life of your membership, you will have access to our Design and Style team to meet your fashion needs.
When Does My Custom Curation Box Ship?
Typically your item(s) will ship 4-6 weeks from your initial fit consultation.
When will my items be delivered?
Custom Curations will ship based on membership status. Suite Life Members will have their items ship first.
Once shipped, please allow 3-10 business days for delivery within the United States.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping is included in the price of your membership.
Can I use more than one payment method?
Yes, with the option of Shop Pay you can split your payment up over four installments. You can also pay in full.
Does my membership auto-renew?
Yes unless you choose to decline custom curation service for the next quarter.
When will I be billed for my membership?
Billing takes place on the quarterly cycle

When Does my Membership Renew?
Your membership renews automatically unless you choose to cancel. Please ensure you cancel at least 2 days prior to the renewal billing date.
Can I exchange my custom curation items?
Unfortunately, all curation items are custom made to the members specifications and no exchanges/returns are permitted.
There are no refunds or exchanges permitted on Custom Curation items. Our goal is to provide garments in which fit and style are selected by the customer in order to reduce dissatisfaction with the final garment.
In the case that your items do not arrive or a product is damaged, we must be notified via email within 4 weeks of receiving your tracking information. If we are not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing or damaged items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of RUNI.
