Shipping Policy

Please allow 4-6 weeks of delivery time for all made to order items. Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping on any in stock apparel.

Refund Policy

Runi does not offer refunds at this time. A store credit will be issued with any items returned unworn. 

Please be sure to send your item(s) back in full accordance with our return policy:

  • We do not accept refunds on any custom items or special collections. 
  • We will provide free alterations on any custom items purchased up to 30 days after delivery.
  • Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable.
  • Beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are non-returnable.
  • All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
  • All Sale or stale items are non-returnable and final sale.
  • No free alterations will be provided for items purchased during a sale.
  • Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after your item(s) are delivered.
  • We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Please email for assistance before returning.
  • Return drop-offs are not accepted at our business address.
  • Runi is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
